La Dolce Vita – The Art Café is where coffee, wine, fine food, and art come together. Located in the heart of historic downtown Red Wing, we are committed to exceptional hospitality, thoughtfully prepared food, and a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors.
We are seeking friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Café Team Member
Part-Time • Approximately 30 Hours per Week
- Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Serve food, desserts, wine, and other menu items.
- Process guest orders and payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively to provide an outstanding guest experience

Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Previous hospitality experience is welcomed but not required.
Schedule
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM or
- 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 5–6 days per week
Cook – Lunch Service

- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 5–6 days per week
Responsibilities
- Prepare lunch menu items according to café recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Assist with food preparation and inventory as needed.
- Work efficiently with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent service.
Qualifications
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
- Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Passion for preparing high-quality food.
Cook – Dinner Service
Compensation
- Competitive and negotiable, based on experience.
Schedule
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 5–6 days per week
Responsibilities
- Prepare dinner menu items according to café recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and food safety throughout service.
- Support kitchen operations and maintain an organized work area.
- Work closely with the café team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
- Dependable, organized, and efficient.
- Passion for preparing high-quality food.
